Someone in your corner
The free tools take you a long way. If you would like more, you can work with me one to one. We build the system that fits you, and steady the pressure around it, across the months that matter most.
What it is
- One to one, calm, and personal. Built around how you actually work.
- Organisation, time, study habits, reading and writing at level, and preparing for exams.
- A steady, encouraging space to get on top of the diploma years.
What it is not
It is not subject tutoring, and it is not therapy or counselling. It is study and organisation formation. Where something sits outside that, I will say so, and point you to the right kind of help.
Safe and open
Sessions with students under eighteen are arranged openly with a parent or guardian, who is kept informed. Nothing is ever kept secret from a parent. The practice follows a Code of Conduct and Safeguarding policy, and it is not a clinical or emergency service.
Get in touch
Tell me a little about where you are and what you are finding hard, and we will take it from there. Parents are very welcome to write on a student's behalf.
If you need to talk to someone now
This site helps with organisation and study. It is not therapy, and it is not a crisis service.
If you feel overwhelmed, low, or unsafe, please tell someone you trust today: a parent, your school counsellor, or your doctor. You do not have to carry it alone.
For a free, confidential helpline near you, two directories list services by country: Find A Helpline and Befrienders Worldwide. If you are at a school, your counsellor can point you to local support.
